Born in Pennsylvania, Moore graduated from the
University of South Carolina and founded an automobile
paint company long before he began seriously applying
colors to surfaces with the object of creating fine art.
since that beginning in 1963, he has studied with
numerous nationally known instructors and won awards in
more than fifty exhibitions.
