Listing
Here’s what you
get …
An individual page listed on the SCWS website. Your
page will include:
- Your name and contact information
- Link to your personal website (if you have
one)
- Your brief resume
- Head shot (optional)
- Up to 6 images of your paintings.
Your page will be posted for one year (during the
regular membership fiscal year.) If you want to continue the page, it is
subject to the annual renewal fee, paid when you renew your membership.
Each year after you renew your membership and pay your webpage listing
fee, you may update your webpage information & images. If you want to
change your images during the year, there is a $10 fee.

Requirements:
5 easy steps…
1. Must be a current paid member of SCWS and pay the webpage listing
fee.
2. Prepare your Artist Information. (typed and saved in WORD or
similar type program.)
a.
Your name (as you want it listed)
b.
Contact information that you want listed on the webpage (i.e. address,
phone number, email, personal webpage address) We will provide the
links.
c.
Brief resume ( maximum 250 words)
d.
Digital picture .(JPEG format) of yourself (optional)
3. Provide a digital
image of each painting properly formatted (see below) along with the following:
a.
Title of painting
b.
Medium
c.
Size (in inches)
d.
Price
4. Submit Artist
Information and Digital Images to Jenny Hamilton:

US mail: Jennifer Hamilton, 431 Arch Dr, Rock Hill, SC 29732 (CD will
not be returned)
How to format you digital images.
Your images should all be in Jpeg format. Go into your photo
program and click on "resize image." All programs have this.
Check the pixel size. It should be no larger than 700 pixels on
the largest size of the image. Do not send smaller images.
Do not send larger images. If you are using another program
check the Help guide and search for resize image.
