Clover

Clover- in 1776 , David J. McCloud arrived to claim a land grant of 903 acres that would become Clover. Clover was laid out in almost a perfect circle, except for one quarter mile at 'Black Eye Fillin' Station'. Clover grew when the Carolina & Northwestern Railway came through from Yorkville in 1876. It was chartered in 1886.
