Roddey Station - Captain William Lyle Roddey was born here in 1834. Captain Roddey began a mercantile business in Rock Hill in 1866 after fighting in the 'War Between the States'. Roddey Station was known as Harmony Crossing prior to the railroad . |

Remnants of Roddey. This house is all that remains. Popular belief is that it was built by the railroad and used to board workmen during the construction of the lines. At the end of Curtin Ferry Road bear to the right at yield sign onto Leslie highway. Follow it past Del Mar and turn left onto Leisure road. |
