Boyd farms |
Boyd Farms - There are many large farms in York County. York County was at one time a mixture of wide prairies, great forests and vast canebrakes. Much of this area of the county was known as the richest. Most of the landscape has been changed in the past several hundred years, but this area, even though cultivated, can give those on the driving tour a feel for how the county may have looked to those early settlers. |
